Honor System: We trust that you are a genuine student. By joining, you confirm that you are currently enrolled in an educational institution. We do not require verification documents, but we reserve the right to verify enrollment and revoke access for fraudulent claims.

SpeakLingo will verify the email domain of all Student Program signups. The 1 year free Lite plan benefit is intended exclusively for students using verified educational institution email domains.

Failure to provide verification when requested, providing false information, or inability to prove current student status will result in immediate removal from the Student Program and permanent loss of all free access benefits. No appeals will be entertained.

If the 1 year free Lite plan offer cannot be fulfilled for any reason (including but not limited to product non-launch, Lite plan discontinuation, or technical limitations), SpeakLingo may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative benefit such as a 10% discount on Pro or Pro Plus plans. Any alternative benefit is subject to availability and determined exclusively by SpeakLingo. SpeakLingo is under no obligation to provide any alternative benefit.
In the event that SpeakLingo does not launch, is indefinitely delayed, or the company ceases operations, all Student Program benefits (including the 1 year free Lite plan) shall be void. Students shall have no claim to compensation, refunds, or alternative benefits in such scenarios.
This Student Program creates no legally binding obligation to deliver any specific product, feature, or duration of free access. Users acknowledge this is a promotional offer with no guaranteed outcome.
All product features, capabilities, screenshots, demonstrations, and functionality displayed on the SpeakLingo website, landing pages, marketing materials, or any promotional content are for illustrative purposes only and represent our development goals and vision.
SpeakLingo and VarootaBay AI Labs make no guarantees that:

Users in jurisdictions where such waivers are unenforceable (e.g., EU, UK, Australia) retain only the minimum rights required by local law. No additional rights are granted beyond what is legally mandated.
